2.1.1 Log-Files

Each time our website is accessed, we collect a range of general data and information.  These data are stored in the server log files. The following may be collected, for example:

  • the browser types and versions used,
  • the operating system used by the accessing system,
  • the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrer),
  • the subpages accessed on our website by an accessing system,
  • the date and time of access to the website,
  • an internet protocol address (IP address),
  • the internet service provider of the accessing system and
  • other similar data and information used to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using these general data and information, we do not draw conclusions about you personally. Rather, this information is needed to

  • deliver the content of our website correctly,
  • optimize the content of our website and advertising for it,

Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed above.

2.1.2 Cookies

We use cookies on our websites.

Cookies are small text files that are placed and stored on an IT system (computer, smartphone, etc.) via an internet browser. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a character string through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables visited websites and servers to distinguish your individual browser from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.

By using cookies, we can provide more user-friendly services on our website that would not be possible without setting cookies.

With the help of cookies, the information and offers on our website can be optimized for the user. As mentioned above, cookies enable us to recognize users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for you to use our website.

You can prevent our website from setting cookies at any time by adjusting the settings of the internet browser you use, thereby permanently objecting to the setting of cookies. Cookies that have already been set can also be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If you deactivate the setting of cookies in the browser you use, some functions of our website may not be fully available.

2.1.3 Use of the contact form

Our website contains a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If you, as a data subject, contact us via the contact form, the personal data you transmit will be stored automatically.

These personal data are stored for the purpose of processing your request or contacting you. These personal data are not passed on to third parties. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest in processing lies in handling your request. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

2.1.5 Online offer for mortgage financing advice

We offer you the option to register for mortgage financing advice via an online form.

The data entered in the form are processed to initiate and carry out the consultation and to contact you.
